7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or immediately if visible damage is noted).
  • We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Proof of damage (photos) may be requested to process the claim quickly.

8. Delivery Address Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your address and ensure it is written clearly in English or Sinhala/Tamil as accepted by local couriers.
  • A valid, reachable mobile number is mandatory for all orders (especially COD). If the courier cannot contact you for delivery, the package may be returned, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Undeliverable Packages & Returns

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability (COD), or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs if a second attempt is requested.
  • Refused or unclaimed COD packages will be considered cancelled, and any future orders from the same details may require prepaid payment only.
